This 100% silk creation is a true showstopper. The strapless bodice is ruched tulle over silk, giving soft texture without losing any of the structure you’d expect from a couture-level gown. The dropped waist elongates the torso beautifully and is so on trend.

The skirt.... Not so much yards of fabric as acres. A full, swooshy, wonderfully extra ballgown skirt in layers of tulle, complete with a statement train that glides behind you like you’ve just swept in from a West End finale.

Large hand-beaded tulle flowers bloom across the bodice and cascade onto the skirt — unapologetically romantic, and signature Alan Hannah artistry. Each flower has depth, movement and a hint of sparkle. The back fastens with a row of delicate loops and buttons, each separated by a tiny bow (the sort of detail only couture brands bother with anymore).
