True Form - Maggie Sottero

There’s a reason Maggie Sottero dresses have such a loyal following, and True Form, a preloved gown – is a very good example.

The bodice is covered in beaded lace motifs and Swarovski crystals over soft tulle, with a plunging sweetheart neckline and delicate beaded spaghetti straps. The little cold-shoulder lace sleeves are attached but easily removed, so you can change the look if they’re not quite your thing.

The back is beautifully finished too, with a softly scalloped illusion neckline, covered buttons and lace continuing down into a gorgeous double-lace train.

It’s romantic, feminine and beautifully detailed, but what I particularly like is the shape – it really does make the most of a figure.
