Kenneth Winston has made very good use of floral lace on this dress. The appliqués are concentrated around the fitted bodice and hips, gradually becoming more widely spaced as the skirt flares into layers of soft tulle from godets. It's a clever way of creating a flattering silhouette without relying on a heavily structured skirt.

The V neckline is edged with lace, with little pearls and sparkling beads worked into the floral pattern. It's particularly pretty close up, where you can appreciate the detail of the embroidery.

The train is a exuberance of the soft ivory tulle.

It's a preloved dress in overall great condition - however it does have a couple of very small pulls in the tulle on the hemline. These are invisible when the dress is worn,
