Some dresses don’t just move — they glide. Cloud Nine by Charlotte Balbier is one of those. A pale ivory ballgown in feather-light organza, she’s pure romance in motion.

The strapless bodice, layered in organza over a delicate lace, is finished with subtle diamante and lace detail that sparkles softly. A ruched organza waistband nips in the waist and flows into a full, floaty organza skirt that catches the air with every step, ending in a wispy train that’s more cloud than fabric.
