Orange Blossom is a textbook example of why Ian Stuart remains my all-time favourite designers (not sure if I've mentioned this?!)

From his Supernova collection (circa 2013 but oh so current today), this gown shows his mastery of shape and surface detail. The silhouette is fit-and-flare — close and sculpted through the body before opening out — designed to celebrate curves rather than fight them. The off-the-shoulder neckline is softened with lace appliqué, each motif carefully placed and hand-beaded in that unmistakable Ian Stuart way.

The bodice is properly engineered (as you’d expect): structured, supportive and reassuringly secure. The lace detailing continues through the skirt, flowing into a graceful train.

Originally retailing at couture-level pricing, Orange Blossom is now available as an unworn sample gown in excellent condition — proof that great design holds its value far better than passing trends.
