For a dress which is about 70 years old, Magnolia Lace can still turn heads. A strapless, ivory lace wedding gown it has a boned, ruched detail on the bust and clusters of sequins around the midriff.
The full lace skirt rises in a sweeping curve across the front in a lace edged detail. The skirt also has clusters of sequins. Layers of tulle emerge from the below the curved detail.
A demure, matching lace bolero jacket with sequin detail on the stand up collar and a curved front completes this 1950s classic.
A word of warning this dress is probably closer to a size 4 than a 6 - it's one of the smallest I have. But I do think that a little magic could conjure up a delicate corset back for this absolute beauty. Photographed here with hooped petticoat with net layers - not included.

At seven decades old, this gown is in good condition for its age – but the tulle layer does have some damage with some small holes – none in a prominent position and some of the rolled edge has detached but this can be fixed. Tricker Bridal gowns are original preloved vintage treasures, and will have faults due to their age. Our vintage dresses are sold as seen and are not refundable.
