The upper layer of the dress is in delicate lily of the valley organza, which is showcased in the sleeves which are transparent. Lily of the Valley is the perfect wedding flower as it’s a symbol of purity, joy, love, sincerity, happiness and luck!

The bateau neckline is classically elegant, framing the collarbone and shoulders with a flattering and refined silhouette. A shallow V-back maintains the dress's modest and graceful appearance.

Five small bows flow down the back of the centre seam of the skirt, meeting perfectly placed folds in the fabric. This unique detail adds a charming vintage touch.

This gown is in excellent condition for its age – with a small pink mark on the rear zip where a solitary piece of confetti from the original wedding was lurking in the seam when the gown was laundered.  The bows appear to be slightly yellowed compared to the skirt - but it's not jarring.
