This Alfred Angelo gown is a frothy delight.
A ruched taffeta bodice is highlighted with diamante trim and has a corset back to cinch that waist right in.
The ruffled taffeta ribbon feature criss-crosses the skirt giving it an Edwardian vibe – the Edwardians were masters at passementerie – the art of making elaborate trimmings of ribbons and braids for dresses.
These ribbons are placed on a tulle base which has delicate lace appliques which have tiny sequin highlights to capture the light and dance as you move. Step into this gown for some true vintage flair.
This dress is a sample dress, never worn other than to be tried on and it’s in as new condition. Tricker Bridal déjà vu dresses are sold as seen with no refunds. It does have a small mark on the hem line on the underside at the rear of the dress which may be removable by spot, or dry, cleaning. These marks are not visible when the dress is worn. There may be other small defects like missing beads or diamantes, but nothing obvious can be seen.
