White and ivory may be the mainstay of the wedding gown - but there are no rules!
My bride Sarah shows that a floral gown is romantic, radiant and refreshing as she embraced natural beauty with this embroidered tulle dress. With a duchesse satin off the shoulder bodice and underskirt, the floral tulle is airy and sumptuous; vibrant and feminine.
Sarah nailed it by accentuating her floral burst with an organic bouquet of lush blossoms in complementary hues.
Mind you, it's not what Sarah originally came to discuss with me! But she fell in love with this botanical fabric when she saw another dress in the salon which used this in the bodice. Soon the original sketches for a lace bodice design with sleeves and perhaps in tea length were in the past. And that is th beauty of having a bespoke dress.
It's a showstopper dress and it lets Sarah's original style, personality and love of nature shine through.
I'm not sure I'd be breaking a confidence but the bridal garter matched the theme perfectly too!
