I'm not sure why, but this gorgeous slinky satin fabric always reminds me of the splodges of paint on an artist's palette. It's striking yet soft, with a waist band which ties into a floppy knot at the front - or the back - meaning it's not restrictive around the tummy. The split sleeves flutter as you move. 

All you need is a large picture hat (rather than an artist's beret!) to complete the look.
