As a child of the 80's - or the Taffeta years - I've always had a soft spot for moire taffeta. It's also known as water marked taffeta.
In an old-school, taffeta gown you could sweep into any room - full-skirted, sash-bow-waisted and very puffed of sleeve... with even bigger hair to match!
So imagine my delight that it's making a bit of a comeback thanks to some of the world's biggest red carpet designers.
Shown to it's best advantage in voluminous styles. This one will be long, full at the hem but a simple silhouette - once it's finished!
