A contrasting panel of plain gold silk runs down the centre front, finishing in a deep point below the waist. The little shaped peplums at either side are particularly lovely and give the bodice that distinctive Tudor silhouette.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe skirt is made from a substantial, beautifully textured ivory\/gold silk, generously gathered to create a proper ballgown shape.
