Tricker Bridal Online Trading Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern all online purchases made through Tricker Bridal’s website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Order Process
2.1. Orders can be placed online via our website.
2.2. Once your order is received, we will send a confirmation email. The contract is formed once we confirm the order.
2.3. Tricker Bridal reserves the right to refuse an order at its discretion.

3. Payment Terms
3.1. Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all online transactions.
3.2. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.
3.3. All gowns remain the property of Tricker Bridal until paid in full.

4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4.2. Estimated delivery times will be provided, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.3. The customer is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. We accept returns for online purchases within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in exactly the condition it left our salon (e.g., unworn, unaltered, with all tags attached).
5.2. The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
5.3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
5.4. We do not refund original postage costs.
5.5. To initiate a return, contact us at gowns@trickerbridal.com within 14 days of receiving your gown.

6. Exclusions
6.1. Bespoke, made-to-order gowns, and altered dresses are non-returnable and non-refundable.
6.2. Sample and pre-loved dresses are sold as seen.

7. Consumer Rights
7.1. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel your purchase of eligible items within 14 days of receipt.
7.2. This cooling-off period does not apply to bespoke or customised items.

8. Cancellation Policy
8.1. To cancel an order within the cooling-off period, notify us in writing at gowns@trickerbridal.com.
8.2. Orders for bespoke or customised gowns cannot be cancelled once work has commenced.

9. Liability
9.1. Tricker Bridal is not responsible for delays or failures due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., courier issues or force majeure).
9.2. Our liability for loss or damage related to your purchase is limited to the total value of your order.

10. Data Protection
10.1. Tricker Bridal complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
10.2. Customer data will be used solely to process your order and will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfil your order.

11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. In the event of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact us directly for resolution.
11.2. This agreement is governed by Scottish law, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
